Toshiba CIX/CTX - Serial connection

When configuring your Toshiba CIX/CTX phone system to output its SMDR data via a serial connection, you need to directly connect a serial cable from the phone systema system to the PC running NetPBX.

For more information about the output and configuration of your SMDR data, please contact your phone system maintainer.

1. Click on the Directory tab.
2. Choose the site you want to configure and clickProperties.

3. In the Site Properties window, select Toshiba CIX-CTX from the PBX model drop-down list.
4. In the Connection method field, select No connections connection required from the drop-down list.
5. Click on the Save button to apply the settings.
