Configuring your SMDR output

Below you will find details on how Follow the steps below to configure the SMDR output on the NEC XN120. The programming will need to be done via PC Pro/Web Proyour NEC Aspire:

  1. Log in to your PC Pro/Web Pro software.
  2. As the NEC XN120 has multiple ways of sending SMDR Data, below are the configuration settings The NEC XN120 can output its SMDR data in multiple ways. For use with TIM Plus, apply the following configuration settings, based on each adaptor:

If your NEC Aspire has been configured to send the data via TCP/IP, follow the steps below to configure TIM Plus:

  1. Log on to TIM Plus as usual and click on Click on the Directory tab.
  2. Select Choose the site configured during the setup wizard you want to configure and click Properties.

  3. Within the Site Properties window, select NEC DXE from the PBX model drop-down list.
  4. In the Connection method field, select Actively connect to PBX from the drop-down list.
  5. In the Host field, enter the IP address of your NEC XN120.
  6. In the Port field, enter in the port configured in the programming code 10-20-01.
  7. Leave the Username and Password fields blank.
  8. In the Connection script field, select Generic Simple from the drop-down list.
  9. Click on the Save button to apply the settings.
