1. Go to TIM's installation folder and open the

   Keywordmacro
   Label config

   folder.
2. Locate the Alcatel OmniPCX Office.tdt file, right-click on it and select

   Keywordmacro
   Label Edit

3. Enable the

   Referencemacro
   Label File path

   option by removing the apostrophe sign in front of it and enter the path of the

   Referencemacro
   Label Ticket Collector

   file, as shown in the screenshot below:
