5. In Click on the Connection tab , and select System DSN connection from the Connection method list.
6. In the DSN field, select ShoreTel from the drop-down list.
7. In the Frequency field, enter 5 to check for data every five seconds.
8. In the DB script field, select ShoreTel from the drop-down list.
9. Click on the Save button to apply the settings.
