What is a stats point?
A stats point object is a counter object that can mathematical "counter" that can be placed on any subject and at any point in your organization. Its function is to count calls - as they pass - that directory structure in order to collect calls for that particular entity that match predefined parameters. The information collected by the stats point objects can then be selected and displayed on points is then used to populate your display boards.

Follow the instructions below to exclude an user from a stats collection point, e.g. exclude sales manager from sales team stats:

To perform the steps below you need administrative privileges to be able to access the Directory and the user properties. |
- Search the Directory to locate the user you want to exclude from your stats.
- Once you locate the user in the Directory, select it and click on the
