tab tab allows you to add a contact list to each individual web user, in order to replace phone numbers with friendly names wherever they feature throughout the system.e.g. in reports, display boards, etc.

To customise your reports and display boards to show a familiar name instead of a phone number, you have the option to add a contact list to each individual web user.

To add a contact to the list, click on the
