Importing phone contacts

To automatically import phone numbers directly contancts into the system from an existing contact list, arrange your data in CSV format , comprising of two columns - one designated for containing phone numbers and the other for their the allocated names. The To separate the two columns can be separated using , use a common delimiter, e.g. such as comma, tabdash, semicolon, tab or space.

Paste the Click on the Import button and paste the CSV list in the box provided and click on the , then click on the

Choose from the drop-down list which delimiter you want to separate the two columns by and whether you want to use the first row as a header:

Select the columns you want to use for the name and phone number information, as shown below:

Click on the Import button. The contacts will be imported automatically in the system.
