Label Phone numbers

tab allows you to add specific location names to phone numbers, so for the reports and the display boards will to show this name instead , rather than of the generic location name. For example, instead of the generic name "London", you can customise the settings to show "Tri-Line".

To add a location name, type in contact to the list, enter the telephone number as it is usually dialled, and add the name that you would like want to be associated associate with this number, then press click on the Add button to apply the changes:
