Introduction

The Phone Bill report is used to produce a produces a fully itemised telephone bill for clients or company cost centres. The report can be customised to your own look and feel, including adding your company logo. The bill can also include fixed billing back telephone usage to your clients, with the option of adding a fixed or percentage markup to each phone call. These bills can also include charges for items other than telephone calls.phone calls, such as room rental, internet services and additional sundry items. You can fully customise the style of the report's output to reflect your own brand, including a company logo, for example.

Marking up calls

The markup of the calls is added at Directory level.  To add a markup charge to a specific group, select the group you are interested in and clickProperties, as shown below:
