<h2>Configuring your SMDR</h2>
<p>For your SMDR configuration, please note that Aastra Intelligate Series has multiple output formats. For TIM Plus, the output will need to be configured to the <span class="keyword">PC5</span> format.</p>
<p>Below are some example screenshots of how the Aastra Intelligate should be configured.</p>
<h6>Setting the SMDR format to <span class="keyword" style="color: #464772;">PC5</span></h6>
<img class="screenshot border" src="http://www.tri-line.com/common/img/documentation/tim_plus/pbx/aastra_intelligate_1.png" alt="Aastra Intelligate PC5" />
<h6>Setting the SMDR format to <span class="keyword" style="color: #464772;">TCP/IP</span></h6>

<h6>OIP Server and TIM Plus</h6>
<p>The OIP server has a very basic 'call logging' module. If you are
intending on installing TIM Plus along side the OAI server you need to
uninstall the 'call logging' module from the OIP server suit. If you do
not uninstall this, you will find that if you configure your Aastra to
output to the TIM Plus PC, the OIP server will overwrite it with its
required settings.</p>
