The alarm will be triggered when the call - count of the calls collected in this stats point meets, exceeds, is less than or equal to a predetermined value, e.g. when busy channels equals 10 or busy channels > 10.

The alarm will be triggered when maximum cost exceeds, equals, is less than or is equal to a pre-determined predetermined value, e.g. maximum cost exceeds £10.00.

Notification can be sent by e-mail to one or more people. Simply type in the e-mail address, as shown below. If there's more than one, separate each entry by a commaTo send the notification to multiple email addresses, separate each entry with a semicolon.

To configure a Stats stats alarm, select the entity it from the existing list and click on the Properties button on at the top-right corner of the screen, as shown below:

Deleting a stats alarm
To delete a stats alarm, select the entity it from the list and click on the Properties button on at the top-right corner of the screen. Within In the new window that opens, click on the
tab button to remove the alarm
from the system.
